In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. In the event of termination due to Service discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us at legal@mindjrnl.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 60 days of receipt of your notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and MindJrnl agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
YOU AND MINDJRNL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights. Additionally, disputes involving amounts less than $10,000 USD may be resolved in small claims court.
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MindJrnl regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
